Terms and conditions
1. Quotations
All quotations are provided remotely via WhatsApp, email, or telephone, based on information supplied by the client, including photos, videos, measurements, and descriptions. Quotes are issued in good faith and are subject to confirmation on site.
2. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. This includes (but is not limited to) room dimensions, ceiling heights, wall conditions, number of mitres, and site readiness. If site conditions differ from what was described, additional charges may apply. Examples include:
Any additional work identified on site will be discussed with the client before proceeding. Where extra charges apply, they will be calculated fairly, based on the original agreed rate per metre (delivery excluded), or at the agreed day rate where applicable.

The installation area must be fully prepared, empty and accessible on the agreed start date as if getting ready for plastering or painting. This includes:
5. Materials & Finishes
Minor filling and preparation directly related to the installation of coving or panelling are included unless otherwise stated. Full decoration, painting, or extensive making good is excluded unless agreed in writing.
Natural variations in materials and finishes may occur and are considered normal.
6. Programme & Lead Times
Lead times provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to material availability, site conditions, or factors outside our control. We will always communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Payment Terms
Clients must provide reasonable access to the property, including electricity and a safe working environment. Any delays caused by lack of access or utilities may result in additional charges.
9. Liability
CovingPro will carry out all works with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, structural movement, or issues outside the scope of the agreed works.
10. Acceptance
Acceptance of a quotation, deposit payment, or instruction to proceed confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

- Walls painted or sealed when described as fresh plaster
- Ceiling heights higher than stated
- Additional linear metreage
- Extra internal or external mitres
- Existing coving requiring removal
- Repairs to damaged or uneven surfaces
- Furniture not moved or protected
- Light fittings requiring removal and reinstatement

- Clear empty unobstructed access to all rooms and working areas
- Other trades completed and not obstructing access
- Walls and ceilings ready for installation

- Deposits are required to secure booking dates and order materials.
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or labour scheduled.
- Final balances are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may delay future works.
